Bereavement Resources

If you have recently lost a family member, friend or someone you cared for, you may have questions about the emotions you are feeling, or need assistance in working through your grief. We hope you will be able to find the support you need.

Additionally, many funeral homes have a bereavement counsellor on staff who will provide support  to the immediate family of people who have used their services. Counselling is often provided  free of charge.
